Tamra Adams

Ms. Adams is a finance executive with over 25 years of experience across a range of industries, including significant leadership roles in venture-backed biotechnology and life sciences companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Venatorx Pharmaceuticals and, prior to that, Antios Therapeutics, where she guided the organizations through significant periods of growth and transition.

Ms. Adams’ experience spans capital formation, the financial oversight of government-funded programs, M&A, and IPO readiness. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through numerous financings, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. She began her career at Ernst & Young and Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Adams brings this depth of experience to Vedanta Biosciences, where she provides financial leadership and works closely with the leadership team and Board of Directors on financial strategy and  corporate initiatives.
